Jim Hagemann Snabe is Chairman of Siemens AG and Member of the Board of Trustees of the World Economic Forum. He is the former co- Chief Executive Officer of SAP AG and former Chairman of A.P. Moller-Maersk.

With 25 years of experience in the IT industry, Mr. Snabe is focused on leadership around innovation, digitization and societal progress. In his capacity as a global business leader, he is involved in several activities focused on societal progress and the role of business in society. Mr. Snabe's views on leadership are shaped by his commitment to solving societal issues and his trust in human potential.

He received a master's degree in operational research from the Aarhus School of Business in Denmark and is Adjunct Professor at Copenhagen Business School.

Ed Abbo has served as the Chief Technology Officer of C3 AI since July 2011. He previously served as the Chief Executive Officer from September 2009 to July 2011 and a member of the board of directors from August 2009 to November 2020.

Prior to joining C3 AI, Mr. Abbo served as Senior Vice President of Engineering and Chief Technology Officer for Siebel Systems from July 1994 until it merged with Oracle Corporation in January 2006, and Senior Vice President of Oracle Corporation from January 2006 to July 2009.

Mr. Abbo holds a BS in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Princeton University and an MS in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Aymeric Brard serves as the Group Vice President for France and Benelux. He has been with C3 Al since January 2022. Prior to this, He was the Sales Director for Strategic Accounts for France and UKI. Aymeric has also held various sales and management roles at PTC and Vodafone. He holds an MBA from Comillas Pontifical University / ICADE in Spain and a Bachelor's degree in Management from ESCEM in France.

Marjan Milošević is the Head of Smart Operations at Holcim. A seasoned industrial automation professional with two decades of experience in operational, support and leadership roles in the cement industry, he has been a driving force at the forefront of technological advancements. Leading a dedicated team of industrial engineers, he has successfully implemented various industrial applications systems, such as digital control systems, manufacturing execution systems and enterprise resource planning.

Serving as a crucial link between cutting-edge technologies like cloud and edge computing, machine learning, and operational technology (OT), Mr. Milošević's leadership seamlessly spans technological, organizational and cultural frontiers.

Mr. Milošević's expertise covers the entire industrial technology stack, including instrumentation, process control, data analytics, OT cybersecurity, industrial IoT and IT/OT convergence. Beyond technical boundaries, he adopts a pragmatic and holistic approach, integrating solutions across diverse domains. His commitment to excellence, people development and forward-thinking leadership has made a lasting impact on industry 4.0 in the cement sector. He has a degree in electrical and electronics engineering from the University of Belgrade.

John Kitchingman is the General Manager for C3 AI in Europe, Middle East and Africa leading the client- and partner-facing operation. He joined from Dassault Systèmes where he was initially Managing Director for the Northern European operation and more latterly SVP Global Customer Engagement.

Prior to Dassault Systèmes, Mr. Kitchingman spent 14 years at IBM in multiple executive roles including leading Industrial Sector in UK and Ireland then SVP for Automotive, Aerospace, and Defense globally. He has spent the last three decades defining and delivering business change programs enabled by digital technology for clients globally in many sectors including automotive, energy, utilities, aerospace and defense, consumer products, and hi-tech.

Merel Witteveen is Senior Vice President, Operations at C3 AI. Having held multiple roles within the company over her tenure, Ms. Witteveen has deep experience within products, marketing, operations, and alliances. In her previous role at C3 AI as Group Vice President of Alliances, she focused on programs and partnerships to accelerate the evolution of C3 AI as a company that serves hundreds of customers to a company that serves thousands of customers. She led a team that established a strong and growing global partner and system integrator network with companies such as Google Cloud, AWS, Microsoft, and Booz Allen.

Before C3 AI, Ms. Witteveen was a consultant at McKinsey & Company. She was also a member of the Dutch Olympic Sailing Team for six years and holds a silver medal from the 2008 Beijing Olympics.

She holds a B.S. in Physics and Astronomy from the University of Amsterdam, an M.S. in Applied Physics from Utrecht University, and an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Julie Rose is a Partner in McKinsey's Paris office, where she is one of the leaders of QuantumBlack, AI by McKinsey, which supports companies in machine learning, artificial intelligence and advanced analytics. Within the Operations practice, she is co-head of the Manufacturing service line in Europe, which helps organizations to improve their production processes to remain globally competitive.

She works primarily with major players in the energy and aerospace industries. Before joining McKinsey in 2009, she worked at Schneider Electric in Sweden on operational excellence programs.

She is a graduate of the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Paris.

Based in Paris, Valerio Dilda leads McKinsey's global Manufacturing and Supply Chain practice.

He primarily serves clients in the chemical, mining, and metals industries and leads the Basic Materials Sector in France.

Valerio's core expertise lies in industrial strategy and large-scale transformation programs. He also helps clients with AI models to optimize complex manufacturing systems and complex supply chains.

Before joining McKinsey, Valerio was operations director of the Global Firefighting business unit within United Technologies from 2009 to 2012.

He graduated from Polytechnic school of Milan and INSEAD.

Ygal Levy is a senior executive with 20+ years of experience in manufacturing, aerospace, and digital transformation.

He is the EMEA Manufacturing Managing Director at Microsoft, leading industry sales and strategy for top clients across the Microsoft portfolio.

His previous experience spans VP Strategy & Innovation at engineering services Expleo, management consultant leader at BCG, and management positions in progams and engineering at Airbus and CNES.

Lord Aamer Sarfraz is a Member of the House of Lords, the upper house of the United Kingdom Parliament. He is a member of the Joint Committee on National Security Strategy (JCNSS) and previously sat on the AI in Weapon Systems Committee and the Science and Technology Committee. From 2022 to 2024 he served as the UK Prime Minister's Trade Envoy to Singapore.

Lord Sarfraz is Chancellor of the University of East London, a public university with over 40,000 students. He is Honorary Colonel of the British Army's 31 Signal Squadron. His earlier career was in venture capital and sustainable agriculture. He is Patron of The Lord Sarfraz Foundation and sits on several voluntary boards. He was previously a Treasurer of the Conservative Party.

He is a graduate of the Royal College of Defence Studies (RCDS), the London School of Economics and Boston University. On his appointment to the Lords, he became its third youngest member.

Alex Amato is Group Vice President, Customer Services at C3 AI. Mr. Amato is responsible for all customer services globally, including CoE Services, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Customer Support. Prior to serving in this role, Mr. Amato held numerous leadership roles in both Customer Services and Product Management at C3 AI over the last 8 years.

Mr. Amato holds a BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Southern California.

Bjorn Baekkegaard is Director of IT and Digital Transformation at Crescent Petroleum, where he leads the company's digital agenda across upstream operations in the Middle East. With more than two decades at the intersection of technology and energy, he focuses on converting emerging technologies into measurable operational and financial value, particularly in AI, SAP transformation, and data-driven operational excellence in the energy sector.

He has led large-scale initiatives including real-time data platforms, AI-enabled predictive maintenance, and cloud modernisation, delivering improvements in reliability, cost efficiency, and organisational performance. His work focuses on unlocking business value, aligning digital strategy with business priorities, and building secure, scalable foundations for innovation.

Prior to Crescent Petroleum, Bjorn held senior roles with TotalEnergies and Maersk Oil, where he supported digital transformation across global upstream assets. He is particularly interested in the practical application of AI within industrial environments and in building capabilities that enable sustainable, high-impact change.

Richard Blake, Product Line Manager Predictive Analytics, is a seasoned digital transformation leader with over 30 years of experience in innovation and technology. Over the past 23 years in Shell, he has led several optimization and improvement programmes across the Upstream and Manufacturing businesses, with the past 7 years committed to scaling and replicating Predictive Maintenance AI solutions over Shell's businesses.

His global assignments in The Netherlands, the U.S., and Brunei enabled him to develop and build distributed teams driving improvements in people, processes and systems. Known for aligning technical execution with business outcomes, his expertise in operationalizing innovation and financial discipline has supported Shell's transformational digital capabilities. His background in optimization and cross-functional leadership underscores his impact on scalable, sustainable solutions.

Bruno Domingues Teles leads Digital Transformation for Galp's Industrial business, driving the adoption of innovative technologies and data-enabled ways of working across the organization.

His career spans downstream margin optimization, logistics operations & performance, and digital transformation, where he has delivered measurable impact through advanced process control, predictive analytics, and AI-supported reliability improvement.

He has also spearheaded cultural and organizational transformation initiatives that strengthened digital capabilities and elevated workforce engagement. With a foundation in chemical engineering and advanced analytics, combined with extensive leadership experience, Bruno brings together technical depth and strategic vision to enhance operational performance and accelerate Galp's journey through the energy transition.

Bass Gning leads GSK's Supply Chain Insights to Impact function, a role he has held since 2021. He brings 20+ years of experience across manufacturing, planning, and network strategy in the pharmaceutical sector.

Over the past year, Bass has driven enterprise initiatives in Integrated Business Planning (IBP), inventory optimization, and digital transformation, building trusted data, decision intelligence, and scalable governance. His current priority is transforming core supply chain processes with AI, guided by the SCOR framework, to improve resilience, service, and cost performance. Known for converting analytics into action, Bass accelerates adoption across global teams and delivers tangible results at scale.

Omar Sebti is Head of Delivery Data, AI & Analytics for Cognizant's Southern Europe & Middle East region, where he leads innovative, scalable AI initiatives across finance, life sciences, manufacturing, and regulated industries. He's successfully conducted large programs in international environments engaging with full ecosystems of partners - hyperscalers and software vendors.

With advanced degrees in computer science and data analytics and over 25 years of experience, Omar excels in guiding digital transformation, modernizing infrastructure, and delivering AI-driven solutions that create real business impact. Renowned for his client-focused approach and ability to simplify complex concepts, he is dedicated to advancing responsible AI and fostering measurable business value. Prior to joining Cognizant, Omar's held senior roles at top financial institutions combining regulation and innovation for sustainable outcomes.

Gianni Guastone is Head of Eni's AI Center of Excellence, focusing on Data and Artificial Intelligence. The AI ​​Center of Excellence is a hub of advanced skills, fostering the cross-fertilization of knowledge and the development of key skills needed to address the challenges of the ongoing digital transformation.

After 15 years of consulting experience in the Energy, Oil & Gas sector, he began his career in Eni's Information Technology department in 2013, gaining solid experience in managing complex programs and projects and developing innovative solutions for optimizing business and industrial processes in the Upstream, Midstream, and Downstream sectors.

The Artificial Intelligence Center promotes the development and adoption of cutting-edge technologies but also stands out for its ability to translate technology into concrete and adoptable products and solutions, enabling new operating models and generating business value.

Committed to ongoing training and the dissemination of digital skills, Gianni Guastone plays a central and key role in transformation programs. He interacts with business teams, with peers and innovative ecosystems, placing the strategic growth of his own digital skills and that of his colleagues at the heart of his actions.

Prior to C3 Al, Mr. Bhashyam spent approximately 12 years at McKinsey and Company in Mumbai, Dubai, and Chicago. Mr. Bhashyam earned a bachelor's degree in computer science and engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Business where he was also a Siebel Scholar.

Anthony Catillon is a seasoned executive leader specializing in strategy, large-scale transformation, and P&L management, drawing on over 20 years of experience. As CEO of LOG'ISSIMO (La Poste Group), he is the architect driving the ambitious "Log'issimo 2030" strategy, aimed at achieving €1 billion in revenue through major network restructuring, strategic partnerships, and M&A.

His leadership is defined by a unique blend of high-level strategy consulting from Arthur D. Little and proven corporate execution at La Poste. During his tenure, he rapidly progressed, serving first as Executive Chief of Staff to the Executive Vice President (a strategic role which included COMEX board membership and shaping the Business Unit's strategic planning), before moving to Executive Director for high-stakes operational regions. He possesses a strong track record in turning around performance, implementing Lean principles, and effectively managing complex crises.

A graduate of ENSAM and HEC Paris, and a certified Black Belt in Lean Management (Telecom Paris-Tech), Anthony combines academic rigor with operational expertise, positioning him as a leader capable of successfully driving complex, large-scale corporate change.

Jonathan is a seasoned sales leader with international business experience, having lived and worked in both Europe and the USA. Jonathan has worked in sales leadership positions delivering consistent sales growth for companies such as Gartner, SAP, Capgemini, Cognite and Accenture. Jonathan is passionate about helping his clients to embrace digital solutions to deliver positive business and operational outcomes. He has worked extensively in Oil & Gas, Energy, Utilities and Manufacturing during his 30-year career.

Jonathan joins C3 from Cognite where he led Energy / Oil & Gas sales in EMEA. Jonathan previously worked at C3 between 2019 and 2023. During this time Jonathan managed the relationship with Shell supporting the deployment of AI / ML apps at scale across Shell's global operations. Between 2020 and 2021 he worked with Shell to launch the Open AI Energy Initiative, the world's first open ecosystem of AI-based solutions for energy and process industries. He also led the relationship with Eni and during 2022 and early 2023 was the GVP for Sales and Acting General Manager for C3 AI in EMEA.
