As an AI Product Manager Intern at C3 AI, you'll help drive enhancements to our Agentic AI Platform and domain-specific AI applications. You'll write product specs, define success metrics, prototype new features, build hi-fidelity prototypes and test features, and actively engage in problem-solving sessions that shape product improvements. Product managers serve as the primary point of collaboration across the design, development, and implementation of all C3 AI products, and this internship gives you a front row seat to solving complex industrial problems that unlock high economic value for customers. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, contribute meaningful work from day one, and build real expertise in product management.

Responsibilities

  • Write product specs that define new capabilities across C3 AI's agentic AI platform and domain-specific AI applications, translating customer and technical requirements into clear product direction
  • Define success metrics and partner with engineering to validate new capabilities against quality, reliability, and scalability benchmarks before they ship
  • Build hi-fidelity prototypes and test features, providing structured feedback to engineering teams
  • Define evals and success metrics for agent accuracy, reliability, and task completion, then pressure-test new capabilities against them and feed structured findings back to engineering
  • Participate actively in problem-solving sessions to identify and drive product improvements
  • Partner across product engineering, forward deployed engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market to move capabilities from discovery to launch

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a MBA; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a similar analytical field required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down ambiguous, complex problems into structured approaches
  • Conceptual understanding of agentic systems and ML & optimization models, including LLMs, agents, and tool use
  • Comfortable prototyping and building applications using agentic application building tools
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, working both independently and collaboratively across diverse teams

  • Salary range: $8,000 - $10,000 USD per month.
