C3 AI API License

Access to the API is granted solely pursuant to the terms and conditions, and subject to all the restrictions set forth in, the Master Subscription and Services Agreement between C3 AI, Inc. or its affiliate (C3.ai) and the employer of the individual seeking such access and use of the API (“MSSA”). By accessing or using the API(s), you represent and warrant that you have been authorized by your employer to do so. You also agree to be bound by the terms of the MSSA and may not use the APIs for any unauthorized purpose. C3 AI expressly retains all rights, title and interest, including all intellectual property rights, in and to the API(s). The API(s) are the confidential information of C3 AI.
