The event showcased three leading power companies – American Electric Power-Public Service Company of Oklahoma (AEP-PSO)‚ Enel‚ and Eversource Energy – that are currently using C3 Energy’s platform and analytics software applications.

AEP-PSO‚ which serves approximately 540‚000 customers in 232 cities and towns‚ has deployed C3 Residential and C3 Commercial to enable an integrated digital customer experience leveraging one platform across customer segments and channels.
Eversource Energy‚ which operates New England’s largest utility system serving 3.6 million electric and natural gas customers across three states‚ is leveraging a total of five C3.ai Customer Analytics applications to redefine their customer interactions and relationships. Enel‚ one of the world’s largest integrated electric power and gas utilities with 61 million customers and a pioneer in smart grid technologies‚ is using C3 Energy’s platform and applications to reduce non-technical loss‚ improve network reliability‚ and reduce maintenance costs across its network in Italy. This is one of several deployments currently under way with C3 Energy‚ as Enel continues to enable big data analytics and machine learning at petabyte scale across its entire network.
