Battery Ventures has ranked C3.ai among the top 25 private cloud computing companies with stellar employee satisfaction during the COVID crisis.
The ranking is based on employee feedback provided through Glassdoor during the first six months of the pandemic. C3.ai’s overall high company rating‚ its CEO approval rating‚ and its business outlook rating all contributed to C3.ai making this year’s list.
“In my 20 years as a venture-capital investor, I’ve seen several tough markets, but never a period of such unique uncertainty,” noted Battery General Partner Neeraj Agrawal. “Today, the cloud companies that are succeeding are ones with great technology and product-market fit, but also those with savvy management teams who understand how to motivate employees during difficult circumstances.”
Battery Ventures elected to focus on company ratings during the pandemic, as opposed to over a longer period, given the tremendous disruption COVID-19 has caused many companies. These rankings are an indicator of leadership’s ability to lead during a crisis, corporate innovation, growth and strong financial performance.
