What is the deadline to book at the preferred conference rate?
The preferred conference rate of $349 per night is available through February 6, 2026, subject to availability. We recommend booking early, as room types may sell out. After February 6, rates and availability are determined by the hotel.
Is a credit card required to reserve a room?
Yes. A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. You will not be charged until check-out.
Can I book a room at the conference rate without registering for C3 Transform?
No. The discounted conference rate is available only to registered C3 Transform attendees.
Will I receive a hotel booking confirmation number?
Yes, all hotel reservations will be confirmed via a separate hotel confirmation email.
If I enter special requests on my hotel reservation, are they guaranteed?
Although The Boca Raton will do their best to accommodate all special requests, the fulfillment of these requests is not guaranteed.
Are there any other hotel guidelines I should know?
Guestrooms must have one registered guest who is at least 21 years of age. Nightly room rates do not include any state and local taxes or resort fees. Room rates are based on single occupancy; additional occupants will incur additional fees.
