    When should I plan on arriving and departing?

    C3 Transform 2024 officially kicks off on Tuesday, March 5 at 7:00 pm with a welcome reception at the at The Boca Raton Pool Club. The program will conclude on Thursday, March 7, at 6:00 pm.

    What is the guest policy?

    Only invited attendees with conference badges will be permitted to attend conference events and meals.

    Will I need to wear my badge at all times during C3 Transform?

    Yes, you will need to wear your conference badge at all times.

    What happens if I lose my badge while onsite?

    If you lose your badge onsite, please visit our registration desk. You may be subject to a $50 fee to print a replacement badge.

    What are the health and safety guidelines at C3 Transform?

    C3 AI seeks to provide a safe and healthy environment for all C3 Transform 2024 attendees. As a result, C3 AI requires all attendees to adhere to the preventative measures described below to reduce potential risks regarding COVID-19 at the event. In addition, C3 AI will observe all applicable requirements imposed by federal, state, or local health and other governmental authorities. All event attendees are expected to comply with all preventative measures implemented for C3 Transform 2024 and all applicable requirements imposed by federal, state, or local health and other governmental authorities. All event policies, including those listed below, are subject to change. Should changes be made, a notification will be sent to all registered attendees.

    Is a COVID-19 vaccination required?

    We recommend all attendees must be fully vaccinated prior to and upon arrival at the event. Regardless of vaccination status, you should not attend the event if you are currently experiencing symptoms, or within the 10 days prior to the event, have experienced signs or symptoms of COVID-19. You also should not attend the event if you believe that you may have been exposed to a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19 within the 10 days prior to the event or have been diagnosed with COVID-19 and are not yet cleared as non-contagious by state or local public health authorities or the health care team responsible for your treatment.

    In addition, attendees should self-monitor for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 during and immediately following the event and are asked to contact C3 AI at C3Transform@C3.ai if you experience symptoms of COVID-19 within 10 days after participating in the event. Any private health or personal data that may be voluntarily sent to and received by C3 AI in connection with such measures and precautions will be treated as confidentially as possible.

    On-site precautions: Once on site, C3 AI requests that all attendees regularly and thoroughly wash or sanitize their hands throughout the day. To assist attendees in complying with this request, hand sanitizer stations will be positioned throughout the hotel and meeting spaces for your convenience.

    Testing: COVID-19 testing will be available onsite for precautionary testing or international travel.

  • How can I register for C3 Transform 2024?

    Transform is an invitation-only event. Invitations are non-transferrable. Click “Register” to begin the registration process. If you are interested in obtaining an invitation, please contact C3Transform@C3.ai.

    What is the cost to attend?

    There is no cost to attend C3 Transform 2024. However, you are responsible for your travel, accommodations, and transportation to and from the event.

    How do I change my registration for C3 Transform?

    Either click the modification link in your confirmation email or click on "Already Registered?" up at the top of this page. You will need your registration confirmation number, which can be found in your registration confirmation email, or can be re-sent to you.

    How do I cancel my registration for C3 Transform?

    To cancel your registration, please email C3Transform@c3.ai. Cancellation of travel and/or hotel reservations is the exclusive responsibility of the registrant.

    Who do I contact with registration questions or issues?

    Please email the Transform registration and housing team at C3Transform@c3.ai. Our team is available Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm PT.

  • How do I book housing accommodations or make changes to my existing reservation?

    You can secure a room at The Boca Raton in the C3 Transform housing block using the hotel link received during the registration process. Any changes to existing reservations can be made by contacting The Boca Raton directly. Changes and requests must be received by Friday, February 2, 2024.

    What is the last date for securing a room at discounted conference rates?

    We encourage you to secure a room in the conference housing block as soon as possible. Room types and rates are limited and are first come, first served. Our housing block will close on Friday, February 2, 2024. After this date, room rates are determined by the hotels.

    What happens if I don’t check in on my scheduled arrival date?

    Your credit card could be charged for your reservation if you do not cancel your room at least 3 days prior to check in.

    Do I need to provide a credit card to book a room?

    Yes, you must enter a credit card during the reservation process to make any hotel reservations within the C3 Transform room block.

    Can I contact the hotel directly to change an existing reservation or book a new reservation at the C3 Transform discounted rates?

    Yes, you can contact The Boca Raton housing line at 561-208-1100.

    Can I book a hotel room in the C3 Transform housing block if I’m not registered for the conference?

    No, to take advantage of the discounted room rates that C3 AI offers, an attendee must have an existing registration for C3 Transform.

    Will I receive a hotel booking confirmation number?

    Yes, all reservations made within the C3 Transform housing block will be confirmed via separate hotel confirmation email. Your hotel and event confirmation numbers will arrive as separate confirmation emails.

    If I enter special requests on my hotel reservation, are they guaranteed?

    Although The Boca Raton will do their best to accommodate all special requests, the fulfillment of these requests is not guaranteed.

    Are there any other hotel guidelines I should know?

    Guestrooms must have one registered guest who is at least 21 years of age. Nightly room rates do not include any state and local taxes or resort fees. Room rates are based on single occupancy; additional occupants will incur additional fees.
