With the dedicated Mitzner Center for conference activities complemented with a private beach, spa, an 18-hole golf course, a 32-slip marina, racquet club, two pool clubs, and two fitness centers, The Boca Raton is a perfect venue for learning, relaxation, and networking.

Tom Siebel is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of C3 AI. Mr. Siebel serves on the College of Engineering boards at the University of Illinois, the University of California, Berkeley, and he is a director of the Hoover Institution and a member of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences.
He received a Bachelor of Arts in History, an MBA, and a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is the author of four books, most recently Digital Transformation: Survive and Thrive in an Era of Mass Extinction (2019).
Jim Hagemann Snabe is the former co-Chief Executive Officer of SAP AG. He is Chairman of Siemens AG, a Member of the Board at Allianz Group, and a Member of the Board of Trustees of the World Economic Forum.
With 25 years of experience in the IT industry, Mr. Snabe is focused on leadership around innovation, digitization, and societal progress. In his capacity as a global business leader, he is involved in several activities focused on societal progress and the role of business in society. Mr. Snabe’s views on leadership are shaped by his commitment to solving societal issues and his trust in human potential.
Mr. Snabe received a master’s degree in operational research from the Aarhus School of Business in Denmark.
General John Hyten (Ret.) served as the 11th Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, retiring in 2021 after a distinguished 40-year career in the U.S. Air Force. Gen. Hyten served as the nation’s second highest ranking military officer, responsible for supporting and overseeing joint military requirements for nearly 1.5 million service members and their families across the U.S. Armed Forces.
Gen Hyten (Ret.) previously led Air Force Space Command from 2014 to 2016 and U.S. Strategic Command from 2016 to 2019. Among many other assignments, he was deployed to Southwest Asia as the Director of Space Forces for operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom. He has received numerous awards and recognition including, the Defense Distinguished Service Medal with oak leaf cluster among many others.
He graduated from Harvard University with a bachelor’s degree and also holds his MBA from Auburn University at Montgomery. He is also distinguished graduate from Squadron Officer School as well as Air Command and Staff College.
Jacques Attali is currently CEO of A&A, an international consulting firm that specializes in new technologies and President of PlaNet Finance, an international non-profit organization assisting microfinance institutions all over the world. He is also a professor, writer, Honorary Member of the Council of State, Special Adviser to the President of the Republic from 1981 to 1991, and founder and first President of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in London from 1991 to 1993.
Dr. Attali has a doctorate in economics and is a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique, the Ecole des Mines, the Institut d’Etudes Politiques, and the Ecole Nationale de l’Administration. He taught economic theory at the Ecole Polytechnique, the Ecole des Ponts et Chaussées and the University of Paris-Dauphine.
He has written 65 books and has been designated as one of the three most influential intellectuals in France and one of the 100 most influential worldwide.
Aamer Sarfraz, The Lord Sarfraz, is a Member of the House of Lords, the upper house of United Kingdom Parliament.
He was nominated by Prime Minister Boris Johnson in the 2019 Dissolution Honours, and took his seat as Baron Sarfraz, of Kensington in the Royal London Borough of Kensington and Chelsea in September 2020. He was previously a Treasurer of the Conservative Party, including during the 2019 general election, where the party won a historic 80 seat majority. He also served as an advisor to the party leadership on outreach.
Lord Sarfraz is a graduate of the Armed Forces Parliamentary Scheme (Royal Navy). He is a Member of the Royal College of Defence Studies, currently attending the 2022–23 course.
Lord Sarfraz sat on the Lords Science and Technology Committee, and co-chairs the All Party Parliamentary Group on Sovereign Wealth Funds.
On his appointment to the Lords, at the age of 38, he was the third youngest Peer in the United Kingdom Parliament.
Mr. Abbo has served as our Chief Technology Officer since July 2011. He previously served as our Chief Executive Officer from September 2009 to July 2011 and a member of our board of directors from August 2009 to November 2020.
Prior to joining us, Mr. Abbo served as Senior Vice President of Engineering and Chief Technology Officer for Siebel Systems from July 1994 until it merged with Oracle Corporation in January 2006, and Senior Vice President of Oracle Corporation from January 2006 to July 2009.
Mr. Abbo holds a B.S. in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Princeton University and an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Jim Apostolides is Senior Vice President of Enterprise Operational Excellence for Baker Hughes. He is responsible for leading the global Supply Chain Centers of Excellence (COEs); Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality; and Environmental, Social, and Governance functions. He has more than 20 years of operational and multi-industry leadership. He previously served as Senior Vice President of Enterprise Excellence for Baker Hughes since 2020, leading the global Supply Chain COEs, Cash Operations, and Additive Manufacturing teams. In 2017, he was appointed VP of Materials Management, Logistics, and Cash Operations for the company.
Mr. Apostolides began his career in 1999 with GE and held roles of increasing responsibility, including managerial positions in shop operations, materials, sourcing, and fulfillment across multiple continents. In 2010 he was appointed plant manager for GE Power & Water’s Bangor, Maine plant.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
Steve Bakalar is the VP-IT, Digital Transformation for Georgia-Pacific (GP) and he currently leads the IT efforts to transform GP’s traditional experienced-based decision making practices to a data-driven approach.
The scope of this effort spans both commercial and manufacturing use cases with value projections in the hundreds of millions of dollars. Initial focus areas include establishing an advanced analytics platform which includes an enterprise data lake, manual and automated machine learning capabilities, real-time model execution, and delivering insights via end-user applications. Mr. Bakalar began his career in Houston with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), spending 10 years assisting Fortune 500 companies with their information systems strategies and implementing large ERP and specialty software solutions. Previously, he held numerous leadership positions as the IT leader for several corporate systems. He has also led enterprise-wide IT planning and network operations.
He holds a BA in Managerial Studies and Economics from Rice University.
Houman Behzadi is President and Chief Product Officer at C3 AI. He leads C3 AI’s Products, Engineering, Data Science, Pre-Sales, Alliances, Global Services, Analyst Relations, and Hosting Operations functions.
Mr. Behzadi holds a bachelor’s in economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Adi Bhashyam is Group Vice President of Customer Solutions at C3 AI. In this role, he is responsible for technical go-to-market activities, customer engagement, technical qualification, and technical and commercial delivery of C3 Pilots. Mr. Bhashyam leads a team of architects, engineers, and solution managers that help C3 AI’s existing and prospective customers engage with C3 AI solutions to realize value. He earned a bachelor’s degree in computer Science and engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Business where he was also a Siebel Scholar.
Amy Brachio has over 25 years of experience in advising boards of global companies and helping leaders achieve their strategic objectives by building agile, risk-aware organizations equipped to make better decisions. In her current role, she helps EY clients create business value from their sustainability strategies and accelerate their transition to a lower carbon future. She was recently invited to serve a two-year term on the World Economic Forum’s network of Global Future Councils.
Ms. Brachio received her bachelor's and master's degrees in accounting from the University of Alabama.
As the CTO for the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), Terry Carpenter is responsible for multiple portfolios of IT systems that support both federal and defense services for DCSA operations.
Previously, he served as the Defense Information Services Agency’s (DISA) Program Executive Officer for Services Development, where he was responsible for the acquisition of enterprise and warfighting IT services. He provided acquisition oversight of multiple portfolios of joint programs that deliver enterprise services and data systems for DISA business operations, DoD collaboration, global cloud computing services, and warfighting command and control services, where he earned the Secretary of Defense Exceptional Civilian Service Award.
Before he came to DISA, he worked for the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning Program where he earned the Navy Meritorious Civilian Service Award.
Mr. Carpenter has a BS in Computer Science and Mathematics from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy and an MS in Computer and Information Science from the University of Delaware.
Rowan Curran is an Analyst at Forrest Research whose work focuses on AI, ML, and data science, exploring the challenges and opportunities for technology executives and their teams. Mr. Curran focuses on cutting-edge technologies critical to enterprise AI such as computer vision, data science and ML platforms, and synthetic data.
He has more than a decade of experience in analytics, technology market research, and data development. In his most recent position, he worked for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a senior developer and manager of a data and reporting team, where he worked to drive more accurate, actionable, and equitable insights on vulnerable populations. Prior to his work for Massachusetts, Mr. Curran worked as a Forrester researcher and analyst, focusing on advanced analytics and ML and authoring more than 30 reports, including many Forrester Wave™ evaluations.
Anu Krishnan is the Head of Information, Data & Analytics in Shell IT. In this role, Ms. Krishnan manages a 1700+ global team of information, data, and analytics professionals who are instrumental in helping Shell achieve its digital ambitions. Her team builds end-to-end machine learning and AI solutions that use structured and unstructured data across Shell.
Her 25-year career at Shell has spanned across many roles in IT Operations, Innovation, Strategy & Planning, and she has also served as a Chief Data Officer. Prior to Shell, Ms. Krishnan worked in the pharmaceutical industry. She also has an MBA in Management Information Systems from Drexel University.
Dr. Nikhil Krishnan is Chief Technology Officer of Products at C3 AI and responsible for the Product Management and Data Science departments.
Before C3 AI, Dr. Krishnan was an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company, where he was a leader in McKinsey’s Advanced Industrials and Energy Practices. Dr. Krishnan has also served as an Assistant Professor at Columbia University and worked as an engineer at Applied Materials Inc.
Dr. Krishnan earned a bachelor’s degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and an MS and PhD from the University of California at Berkeley in Mechanical Engineering.
Greg Little currently serves as the Deputy Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Officer (DCDAO) of Enterprise Platforms & Business Optimization directorate. He oversees the Business Analytics and Strategic Insights, Enterprise Platform and Capabilities and Strategy Operations and Customer Success divisions.
Prior to this assignment, Mr. Little served as Deputy Comptroller for Enterprise Data and Business Performance, in the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (Comptroller) (OUSD (C)). In this role, he served as an advisor to the USD(C), Department of Defense (DoD) Principal Staff Assistants and Deputy Secretary of Defense. Mr. Little has also served as Director of the Chief Financial Officer Data Transformation Office for the Office of the Deputy Chief Financial Officer, in the OUSD(C). In this capacity, he was responsible for the DoD Financial Management Data Strategy and deploying a big‐data repository to transform the use of DoD business data into decisions and actions. Mr. Little holds a BA in Economics from Bates College.
As SVP, Products and Engineering at C3 AI, Binu Mathew is responsible for delivering the highest-quality, most innovative, and usable enterprise AI products in the market.
Before joining C3 AI, he was SVP and Global Head of Digital Products at Baker Hughes. Previously, he held several software product development roles at Oracle, including SVP of Product Development for Oracle’s PeopleSoft division.
He has a Bachelor of Technology (Hons.) in Aerospace Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
George Mathew serves as Managing Director at Insight Partners. He focuses on venture stage investments in AI, ML, analytics, and data companies as they are establishing product and market fit. He brings over 20 years of experience developing high-growth technology startups including most recently being CEO of Kespry.
Prior to Kespry, Mr. Mathew was President & COO of Alteryx where he scaled the company through its IPO. Previously he held senior leadership positions at SAP and Salesforce. He has driven company strategy, led product management and development, and built sales and marketing teams.
Mr. Mathew holds a BS in Neurobiology from Cornell University and an MBA from Duke University, where he was a Fuqua Scholar.
Originally from Scotland, Graham McVinnie joined Shell in 2000 in Aberdeen after six years working for an engineering consultancy in the UK and Australia and has supported both operations and front-end development projects. Mr. McVinnie moved to New Orleans in 2007 as a process engineer supporting the deep-water assets in the U.S. Gulf of Mexico (GoM) & Brazil. He has had various individual contributor and leadership roles in GoM over the last 15 years in the areas of process engineering, process safety, and predictive technical monitoring (PTM).
As Process Engineering and PTM Manager, he was the digitalization focal point for surface engineering and worked with the local Exception Based Surveillance (EBS) Centre — The Bridge — and the C3 AI Center of Excellence to build C3 AI predictive maintenance alerts into the existing EBS workflow utilizing technical asset operations resources and initial deployment of predictive maintenance models to the GoM. In his current role as Product Owner, Predictive Analytics, Mr. McVinnie is responsible for enabling the vision of establishing artificial intelligence and real-time data capability across our asset base in upstream, downstream, and integrated gas.
Mark Ratcliffe joined Cargill in 2017 as Vice President, Global Supply Chain Planning. He is responsible for the design and implementation of the approach, organizational structure, and process capabilities that lead Cargill to a common set of core best practices around demand/supply planning, integrated business planning/sales and operations planning, supply chain network design, and production/procurement/logistics scheduling.
Mr. Ratcliffe has functional responsibility for the Global Supply Chain leaders across the organization, helping to set priorities and lead improvement across Cargill’s supply chain. In his first two years at Cargill, he successfully built a new Supply Chain Planning Center of Excellence team to develop standard processes, metrics, terminology, and best practices across Cargill. Much of this work is centered around building an end-to-end supply chain that takes advantage of Cargill’s unique size and footprint. Mr. Ratcliffe holds a BS and an MS in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.
David Sanger is an author and a national security correspondent. In a 41-year reporting career, Mr. Sanger has served as Tokyo bureau chief, Washington economic correspondent, White House correspondent during the Clinton and Bush administrations, and Chief Washington correspondent. He has been on three teams that have won Pulitzer Prizes, most recently in 2017 for international reporting.
His newest book, The Perfect Weapon: War, Sabotage and Fear in the Cyber Age, examines the emergence of cyberconflict and its role in changing the nature of global power. He appears frequently on television news shows, is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and the Aspen Strategy Group, and co-teaches Central Challenges in American National Security, Strategy and the Press at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government.
Mr. Sanger graduated from Harvard College in 1982 and was the first senior fellow in The Press and National Security at the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs at Harvard.
Roshan Shah joined Georgia-Pacific in 2017 and is the Vice President of Collaboration and Support Center (CSC) Operations. In this role within the CSC, Georgia-Pacific’s central competency that partners with facilities to proactively address maintenance issues and optimize long-running assets, Mr. Shah leads the team responsible for collecting and analyzing data, generating predictive insights, and making improvements in operating facilities.
Previously, Mr. Shah held advanced analytics, business intelligence, and architect roles at companies such as CSX, Acosta, and Liberty Mutual.
Mr. Shah holds an MBA from Duke University and a BS in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Florida.
PD Singh leads the software product lines at SambaNova Systems. His team at SambaNova is building the next generation of enterprise AI products that will enable enterprises to effectively deploy state-of-the-art generative AI models, like foundation models.
PD was most recently VP Product at UIPath, founded the AI business with 7 new product lines, and led it through the IPO. He has two decades of experience building AI/ML systems in varied enterprise areas, such as healthcare, CRM, Retail, and productivity applications. As a research manager for Microsoft Office, PD founded some of the first intelligent mobile apps, ML and NLP components for Microsoft Office, and built a new business group focused on AI for sales and marketing with a multibillion-dollar impact on Microsoft revenue.Prabhdeep earned an M.S. from Stony Brook University in New York, is an alumni of Stanford University and holds multiple patents.
R “Ray” Wang is the CEO of Silicon Valley–based Constellation Research Inc. He co-hosts DisrupTV, a weekly enterprise tech and leadership webcast that averages 50,000 views per episode and blogs at raywang.org. His ground-breaking best-selling book on digital transformation, Disrupting Digital Business, was published by Harvard Business Review Press in 2015. Ray's new book about Digital Giants and the future of business titled, Everybody Wants To Rule The World, was released in July 2021. Mr. Wang is well quoted and frequently interviewed in media outlets such as the Wall Street Journal, Fox Business, CNBC, Yahoo Finance, Cheddar, and Bloomberg.
Mr. Wang received his bachelor’s degree in natural sciences and public health as well as a master’s degree in public health from John Hopkins University.
Tom Zschach is the Chief Innovation Officer with responsibility for growing and championing SWIFT’s innovation capabilities. He joined in January 2020 and is charged with driving new growth opportunities across the company and in collaboration with the SWIFT community and partners.
Prior to joining SWIFT, he was the CIO at the CLS Group where he was responsible for the technology function and for further developing the organization’s technology vision. He served on the Executive Management Committee at CLS. Prior to this, he was the CIO for LCH Clearnet, one of the world’s leading multinational clearing houses. He worked for more than twenty years in several investment banks including Bank of America / Merrill Lynch as Head of Rate and Currencies Technology and at Barclays Capital as Managing Director in Technology and Global Head of Equities, Prime Brokerage and Client Technology.
Mr. Zschach studied computer science and finance at California State University and earned an Executive MBA from TRIUM.
